Future Backpacking Trip

  • Backpacking...or the thought of...
Every six months I always get an urge to move on to bigger and better things. And it doesn't always mean drop everything within every part of my life. Sometimes workplace, people & friends, partners, and the place I live in or out of the state or country. It's been a year that I've stayed in this place with my current partner, whom which I could not love more. But something selfish inside of me is nagging, and of course still nagging after years and years, after all I'm only 23. I've always wanted to keep traveling to somewhere new and meet new people just for the sake of being free, spontaneous and alive! I'm sure plenty of people feel the same way. Which is why recently I've come to start saving small amounts of money for whatever the occasion is, but it has to be something just for me. So recently I have been wanting to get away from it all and what a more affordable and true to myself way to do it other than backpacking. Yes, a lot of my brain tells me that I'm inept and cannot do simple everyday living tasks (i.e. buying a car, going to the ER), but most of my spirit has a vigor and toughness to venture out there without a care and still survive. Sometimes I wonder if I'm suppressing myself into thinking of becoming something that I ought to be rather than being who I want to be. I know it is kind of strange saying that when the title of my blog might mean nothing. Well, I didn't mean to use this as a journal, but nonetheless enjoy, perhaps I should do more. Anyway, the real intention of this post was to put links of supplies that I dreamed I had if I were to go backpacking. And it is a real list, not a luxury one. Well, it is luxury, but meaning the top shelf of what I would actually need. And not to mention the smallest because according to the website that I've gotten this information from, the idea is to pack as light as possible and people can do it with one regular sized backpack. Not those enormous ones that make you topple over, but an everyday outdoor pack. I'm not sure if I'll update this post with the links and list or a sidebar gadget.
